The Artful Child Preschool in Roncesvalles

A small, legacy Toronto preschool rooted in creativity and over 50 years of community history.

Serving children ages 3–5, our full-year Art Preschool program offers an intimate, studio-based early learning experience grounded in process-based art, sensory exploration, and meaningful play.

Enrolment is limited to five children, allowing for deep relationships, individual attention, and a calm, thoughtfully prepared environment.

Grounded in current early childhood research and using art as a tool for learning; our approach supports autonomy, emotional regulation, focus, and creative confidence. The Artful Child places artistic exploration at the heart of early education.

The Artful Child® team also mentors educators across Toronto and partners with local schools, reflecting our long-standing commitment to both artistry and pedagogy.
